Will my order be confirmed by e-mail?

Yes, once your payment has been processed, you will get a confirmation at the e-mail address you have provided.

Who do I contact for specific product questions?

If you have questions regarding a specific product, call us at +599 9 737 6288. You can ask for your sales contact, or if you don't have one, ask for the sales department.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered the next working day after receipt of payment. Monday through Friday between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm on regular working days.

Is delivery free of charge?

Yes, every order with a minimum of f 25,- (tax included) can be delivered free of charge on the Island of Curaçao only. Make sure to mark 'delivery' upon check out.

Is it possible to pick up my order at the store?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our store. Allow 4 hours for us to prepare your order after receipt of payment.

My order has not been delivered. What should I do now?

If your order has not been delivered within 24 hours, and you did not get a message regarding a postponed delivery, call us at +599 9 737 6288 or Email us.We will take care of your order as quickly as possible.

Does the price mentioned include delivery costs?

When you place an order over f 25,- your products will be delivered for free. If an item is not in stock, you can choose between sea freight shipping at no additional costs or air freight shipping at an extra cost from the factory. Costs for air freight shipping are f 5,- per kilogram, including tax.

How can I pay my order?

You can choose one of the following payment options:

- credit cards: Visa, Mastercard
- debit cards: Banco di Caribe Mastercard Debit card
- bank transfer (see bank details)
- swipe upon delivery

I am not satisfied with my purchase. Can it be returned?

No, we only exchange products for other products who suit your needs better. Exchange of materials is accepted within 2 days of the invoice date and with the original invoice only. The item(s) must be unopened and in original condition. No exchange on machines, tools & specials. No refunds. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or return.

Can I adjust my order once I have placed it?

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to change it online. In some cases we can change your order. To do so, please contact our sales department as soon as possible. Please note that your order will be handled within 24 hours.

Is the tax (OB) incluced in the published webshop price?

Yes, tax (OB) is included.
