We only exchange products for other products who suit your needs better. Exchange of materials is accepted within 2 days of the invoice date and with the original invoice only. The item(s) must be unopened and in original condition. No exchange on machines, tools & specials. No refunds. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or return.
Warranty applies to all tools and machines sold by Caribbean Fasteners. The warranty period for each machine is determined by the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
